nodeXML home page

nodeXML is a prototype implementation of a mechanism for data exchanging in a distributed system. It is based on XML and php. XML is used to describe information: a common format for it can be agreed between source and destination using DTDs. php allows XML parsing and cross database connection.

nodeXML first version (1.0) has been released on 7/3/2001. It has been developed by Marco Di Costanzo at IAO (Istituto Agronomico per l'Oltremare), Florence, as support to EIARD-Infosys project, coordinated by Luca Ongaro.

The new nodeXML 3.3 version has been released!
